Property information

This holiday home is spacious, with large bedrooms and lots of space in the living areas. The 3 decks and lawn complete the wonderful set-up of this light, fresh, coastal property. The beautiful Purangi Estuary and gorgeous Cooks Beach are only minutes walking distance with swimming, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding just some of the activities available here. The house is modern and sunny with a well appointed Kitchen complete with an Automatic Coffee Machine.

Neighbourhood information

Lovely local bars, cafe's and restaurants within a few kilometres, beautiful Cooks Beach a few minutes walk away. Great neighbourhood for kids bike riding, playgrounds within minutes walk. This is a safe, family based environment. Taxi service and the passenger Ferry to take you over to Whitianga for more restaurants and shopping.
