Welcome to our newly built (2022) 4 bedroom home! (One room is closed for our personal use). Mum & dads home provides the below: - onsite free Parking - Free WiFi - Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Youtube - Aircon in the lounge - 2 Generous sized bedrooms - 1 Ensuite with aircon - Fully equipped kitchen - Automated Self Check-In, - Patio This space is perfect for those who want their privacy as well as a sense of safety as we are located right next door so we consider our space, our own personal neighborhood! Perfect for families with children as they have some space out front of the house to play if you park slightly further down the driveway.
We are a Christian family who loves family time & travelling. We have 2 houses on the property so this home is literally right next door.
We live on a dead end street so its mostly quiet unless the neighbors behind our house decide to have a party. We live quite locally so Woolworths is a 3 minute drive, theres the Roscommon complex also a 4 minute drive away with takeaways, laundromats and a gas station which is extremely convenient! 15 minutes away is the Manukau Westfield mall & train station OR theres the Homai train station 3 minutes away for public transport. Events in the city or West are 30 min drives on a clear day or 60mins in traffic so I’d recommend you not staying here as it will affect how you rate our ‘location’ please. Overall, it's a very safe neighbourhood.
