Two additional bedrooms provide a queen and two single beds, while two bathrooms and a washing machine complete the set-up of this executive stay. With an abundance of plants and greenery, you’ll appreciate plenty of fruit shrubs and trees around the property. Step outside onto covered, outdoor living which provides a BBQ and overlooks the surrounding landscape and pétanque area. The gravel driveway provides ample off-road parking on this generous site. A professional fitness centre with gym classes is just across the road, while Saint Clair Vineyard and Makana Confections are just 750 metres away. You're in wine country, with an array of other renowned vineyards in the surrounding area. With all its rural charm, you’re only a 10-minute drive to the amenities of central Blenheim. Beautiful grounds and executive living awaits at Selmes Sanctuary! Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your there is a creek that runs through the property, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note the gas fireplace is out of note that are external surveillance cameras that will be operating for added security during your be aware a gardener may occasionally be onsite for maintenance between 10:30am - 2:30pm.

As the biggest town in the Marlborough region, food and wine lovers must add Blenheim to their to-do list. A glorious sun-trap in the Summer, it's an idyllic location to explore with over 20 local wineries and a multitude of cafes, restaurants and bars. It's the perfect place for access out to the Marlborough Sounds for swimming with dolphins, or to Kaikoura for whale watching. At just a 30 minute drive from Picton or 90 minute flight from Auckland, our holiday homes are all close to the centre making easy access to all Blenheim has to offer.
