A stunning brand-new townhouse, designed with luxury in mind. Sunny, modern living, and an easy 5-10 minute walk to Arrowtown Village main street cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Spacious living, with open-plan lounge with gas-fireplace, dining and kitchen, and separate media room with sofa bed. One downstairs bedroom, and two upstairs bedrooms, both with walk in wardrobes, and ensuites. A designated workspace is also available for remote working. Large, modern kitchen with amenities for cooking onsite if required. Washing machine and dryer facilities are also available onsite. Beautiful private landscaped outdoor area with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. Garage carpark available, for safe storage of skiis and bikes, as well as one off-street park outside the front entrance.

Shamrock Close is a 5-10 minute stroll from historic Arrowtown’s main street, with boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes Museum, cafes and restaurants, historic Chinese Village, and popular Arrow River track. Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of cycle and running trails to explore. Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket are 15 minutes by car, with Queenstown an easy 20-25 minute drive. Arrowtown’s Four-Square superette is a 2 minute drive from your accommodation. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
