Our house is bathed in sunshine, all day. We are up on top of Mornington with views in all directions of Dunedin. We are 5 min drive into town, to St Kilda or St Clair beach, and easy access to the motorway to head south to the airport or further. The room is set out to be self contained with its own bathroom as well, we are a non smoking house hold and ask that you respect this and don't smoke on our property. We have gym equipment is you would like to use as well. Breakfast is provided with a choice of cereals, fruit, juice, yoghurt, toast and spreads, tea, and coffee, hot chocolate. Computer /TV, wifi, and a library to lounge and read from. We also have a beautiful garden setting for you to enjoy sitting outside bathed in sunshine with the sound of our native birds chirping away this makes it a peaceful idealic setting.

Hi, my name is Sharyn and my husband is Owen we live upstairs with our little dogs and cats. We are available if you need us upstairs at any time. I am a real foodie, and I love my animals which we have a few living with us on our property. We have two little dogs, Ollie (Silky/Maltese) and Ally (Mini black tri American shepherd puppy) and Phoebe ( silky terrier) who do a variety of dog sports with and live inside with us also our cats are called Lucy and Nicky. I am a keen gardener so there is plenty to see in the gardens around our property so you can take a wander around if you wish.

Dunedin is full of attractions from walks, beaches, historic places, cafes, bars. Plenty of shopping I have maps and brochures in the room to help you plan your day. I am available if you need help with finding where to visit in our beautiful city.
