Immaculately presented, clean and spacious newly built unit. Walkable distance to the supermarket, bus stop and handy to beaches, parks and town. Warm, quiet and equipped with everything you need to ensure a great stay, including high quality linens, ultrafast WiFi and a Freestyle projector to ensure an evenings entertainment. Modern, open plan kitchen / living with breakfast bar. Queen beds in each bedroom, and a double fold out couch in the lounge if needed (let us know!).

Handy to local beaches and the popular "Dinosaur Park", along with supermarkets and several food outlets in South Dunedin / Andersons Bay Rd. Close to the bus network.
