Sun Kissed Sands is a great modern home located in the very quiet Coopers Beach Estate. Everything is but a short distance from your doorstep. Walkway access down to Coopers Beach two mins away to take a cool dip in the beautiful waters of Doubtless Bay. Do a spot of shopping or grab a great cuppa at the bustling little shopping centre at Coopers Beach or for a bit more its just a short drive down to Mangonui Historic Village for a bit of local arts & crafts. Everything is within minutes.This home is light and airy with great out door living the whole family and/or friends can gather for a bbq at the end of a sun filled summers day stretched out on the fully covered deck. plan living from kitchen to lounge that opens up to the full length of that sunny deck allowing freedom of flow indoors and out. Throw in three good sized bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests making it the perfect holiday batch for one and all. Plenty of space to park the boat and there is the all important fish filleting bench.
