Come and stay in our awesome and sunny guest house in Mangawhai Heads! Only 15 minutes walk from the estuary beach, the Wood street shops and 30 minutes walk to the popular surf beach! You will love staying here, the apartment has large north facing triple stacker sliding doors that you can leave open to soak in the all day sun! Even in winter you will feel like you are in the middle of summer. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Brynderwyns and fresh fruits from our garden (in season)!

The house is perfectly situated to leave the car at home! You can walk within 10-15 min to: -Estuary Beach -Golf -MAZ (Mangawhai Amusement Zone) which includes awesome bush walking tracks, amazing skate park, cafe with fresh bread and pastries from Whole Wheat Breads, etc -Wood Street Shops which include a Four Square, post office, 3 restaurants and bars, and a variety of yummy takeaway shops. You can drive within 5 min to the Mangawhai surf beach and only about 8-10 minutes to beautiful Lang’s Beach. The Mangawhai Village has additional shops and restaurants and is only 8 minutes drive from our house. If you are an ultimate foodie, the Mangawhai Markets are about 10 min drive away and you wouldn’t want to miss the Matakana markets that are about 40 min drive away! These happen every Saturday morning and you must be in early! You can park on beachcomber rd on the street or in the park to the left of the driveway (behind the mailbox). Please do not park in front of the garage doors as we need access to the garage!
