The Hayshed is a newly redeveloped tiny home converted from an old hay shed (we went live on Airbnb September 2024)
Located down a tree lined driveway you will find a tiny home complete with a king bed, kitchenette, tiled bathroom and high DOC inspired windows letting in light and nature, this space has been set up with the intention of resetting you amongst nature whilst having the convenience of a 10 minute drive to Taupō CBD.
Located on our 13.5 acre working homestead, host house is 400 metres from Airbnb (cannot see or hear each other)
Adults only hot pools Wairakei Terraces is a 8 minute drive on Wairakei Drive. A 2 minute drive off Oruanui Road on Link Road is Lilliputt an animal park, they also do barista coffee! (You don’t need a pass into the park to get a coffee).
Trip Advisors highly rated LArte cafe is the closest cafe in Acacia Bay.
