The Little House is located in a rural setting approximately 8 kilometers from the Cambridge Town Centre; amidst established trees and a tree lined driveway. The property is a working lifestyle block with sheep, chooks and two cats. It is peaceful and private. Fly screens to enhance comfort. The Little House is close to all the key tourist and sporting sites such as Karapiro Lake, Hobbiton, Avantidrome, Hamilton Gardens, Mystery Creek and many more.
I have lived in the country on the outskirts of Cambridge for a few decades. I love the space and the opportunity to raise animals. I have a soft spot for rearing lambs and the odd calf, particularly for my granddaughter's school Pet Day. This property is bountiful with established trees including fruit trees and provides plenty of opportunity to grow food. There are flyscreens on all windows and doors to enhance comfort by providing protection from flies and other flying insects. There is always something to weed, plant, paint or decorate. My creative side is never bored. The property is well suited to and perfect for longer term stays such as travelling, working, or moving into the area for the first time.
The neighbourhood is mostly dairying with a splattering of agriculture and lifestyle blocks. New builds are springing up as land becomes available.
