Beautifully positioned two bedroom penthouse apartment on the edge of the Viaduct Marina. You'll love the vibrant atmosphere that entertains below, you're right in the heart of the action with an array of bars and restaurants at your doorstep. This penthouse unit floor layout is the largest within the Sebel and comes with the added bonus of high stud ceilings allowing endless light to stream throughout the property. The master bedroom has its own private ensuite and balcony with a smart TV. The second bedroom is at the back of the property so if there are any light sleepers within your group, this will be perfect for them. There is a dedicated workspace as well in the second bedroom that can be shut off away from the lounge living area. The property is fully kitted out, all you will need is yourself and a suitcase! Parking is included and on-site as well!
