The Studio is your perfect couple's getaway for a short stay in Rotorua. Situated in Tihiotonga, you're surrounded by quality homes and farmland but just a short drive or ride to The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, Secret Spot Hot Tubs and many other local attractions.
The lounge has a smart TV with surround sound for a movie night.
Cooking can be done in the kitchenette with a bench top grill with hot plates plus a microwave.
The Studio has the living downstairs with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchenette. Bathroom and toilet are downstairs also and then the bedroom is upstairs with a Queen and a Double bed in the bedroom along with a lovely sunny deck off the bedroom.
Owner's live on-site in the main house which is quite seperate from The Studio sharing the driveway only.
You have your own parking space for one vehicle just outside.
