Property information

** WINTER DEAL - 25% discount when booking 3 or more nights for bookings taken between 1 May and 30 September 2025 (excluding holiday weekends)** This property is all about the magnificent view, ideal location and the lovely light filled accommodation! This gorgeous beach styled property is on one level and sits on the highly desirable north side of the island, with spectacular views over Onetangi Bay which is known for its safe swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and a large externally accessed studio with queen bed and twin beds and further full bathroom. The bedrooms are very spacious and the master bedroom and studio offer magnificent sea views. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you'd require and the galley looks out over the sea, which is really quite a lovely distraction. The sun drenched deck is the perfect place to soak up the uninterrupted view and the huge level rear lawn area is perfect for family fun. Please note: The Cleaning fee include Cleaning fees and quality linen and towels hire, provided at the house for your stay (bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, face cloths, hand cloth). BOND - A pre-authorization on your credit card is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure Please Note - There is air conditioning in only the living and lounge areas as well as one bedroom in the main house & the sleepout

Neighbourhood information

Ideally located to walk down to Onetangi beach and cafes and bars and has Casito Miro vineyard & restaurant as a neighbour with Obsidian Vineyard just a short walk away. There are stunning coastal and vineyard walks commencing from our doorstep. This property is an ideal base for exploring the island.
