Hi my name is Sharon. Me and my family live in Hamilton more than 7 years. We love reading, traveling, hiking, etc. I am working as a property Manager. We have one bedroom unit, 2 bedrooms unit, 3 bedrooms duplex, 4 bedrooms houses, 5 bedrooms house all around Hamilton and Cambridge. We are always available for our guests.

Property information

Price is for entire house. Relax in this calm, stylish, luxury Villa. High quality furniture and appliances. Fabulous Waikato River view. Treat yourself a good holiday~ This house is located in Flagstaff, very good area in Hamilton. Community shopping centre is 2 mins drive. 9 mins drive to the biggest shopping centre ( The base ) in Hamilton. The house has an air condition downstairs , a heater upstairs and electric blankets, they can warm whole house. We have fans for summer as well.

Our neighbourhood construction has been done. There will not any construction noise in the area.
