Property info

Family home on fully fenced section, with Waiotahe beach and estuary just across the road. A great deck to enjoy the start and the end of a day. Patrolled swimming in summer, just down the road. Situated between Opotiki and Whakatane, this is your base to enjoy all of what the Eastern Bay has to offer Perfect all year round with heatpump and fire, great deck for summer warmth, a full kitchen to create memorable meals. Three bedrooms with one queen, two king singles and three singles. Great living area spaces. All of the property. Close to Opotiki for supplies and entertainment, fantastic golf club, fishing charters, upcoming harbour development. Or travel inland to some great swimmable rivers. A car is necessary to get around the Eastern Bay. There are some great walks to do in and around Opotiki, out to the Waioeka Gorge and along our beautiful coastline. Please be aware that the property is on tank water and we strongly urge careful consideration of water usage especially in the summer months. The toilet bowls are heavily stained due to mineral content in the water and are not dirty. The road between the beach and the house is a busy State Highway. Please show extreme caution when crossing and always supervise children when crossing the road.
