This is a brand new architect-designed property with an incredible oceanview location in the Hermosa Bay area overlooking Playa Hermosa with its stunning wide beach and the Pacific Ocean.
Please note that we are offering a discounted rate, as the property is located in an area where other properties are currently being built.
The area close to Hermosa Bay is know as Boca Chica. This is the gateway to the Gulf of Chiriqui Marine National Park and a world of excursion and activity opportunities on ocean and on land. Boca Chica is a very small village but there is a few places to eat in the area including the barefoot-luxury Bocas del Mar hotel, linked to the property owners. Overall, the area is ideal for an unspoiled oceanside vacation surrounded by tropical nature under an hour from David city and presenting a real contrast to the cooler Chiriqui highlands.
For groceries we suggest to organize in David. All major supermarkets are located here. In Boca Chica you can only get the basics and some fruit and vegetables.
