This charming and well-appointed, home sleeps up to ten comfortably and includes a private pool and beach access. Spacious decks look out on amazing ocean views! Two-story Casa Ananda Peru, with its rustic-luxe décor, is equipped with all the comforts of home. As you enter the house, the wide hallway and floor-to-ceiling foyer evoke a sense of flowing energy. A wooden staircase leads to an open floor plan featuring the living room, dining room, and kitchen, ideal for enjoying beach-town living with a group of friends or with a large family. Expansive windows open out to two oversized decks that look out on the pool, the Pacific Ocean, and Los Organos Bay, providing a perfect look-out point for spectacular sunsets or merely lounging.....
We spent our sabbatical in the area a few years ago and fell in love with the peacefulness of the area, the miles of pristine beaches, the kindness of its people and the amazing fresh fish, seafood and fruits! We are Peruvians living in the U.S. so we "get" both cultures, are fluent in both languages and pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. Casa Ananda Peru is located inside the exclusive gated community, Condominio Villa Marina. The town of Los Organos is small, quaint and peaceful. We are only 10 minutes south of Mancora.
