Have a pleasant stay in this comfortable accommodation with sea view. This studio, in a secure residence with a swimming pool and a gym, is a few minutes from the city center. The apartment located on the 4th floor of the residential building is air-conditioned and has a queen size bed. It has a kitchenette (oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), free internet access, plenty of storage space and a washing machine. There is a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and YouTube. You will have to use your own accounts if you want to access them. The apartment also has a workspace with a monitor to be able to work with two screens. An underground parking space is available. Access to the building can be done via the underground car park or via one of the entrances with a key fob + access code. A swimming pool and a gym are available on the ground floor of the residential building.
