This 2-bedroom condo unit is situated in a a central location in Bacolod City. It is very close to restaurants (around the property), malls, banks, the Lagoon, zoo, hospitals, schools, and the business district of Bacolod. At the ground floor, there is a 24/7 convenience store and a laundry shop, perfect for those with long stays. Swimming Pool is at the roofdeck, overlooking the city and sea views. It is open from 7am to 10pm daily, free to use for all of our guests. Security is 24/7. Our property has two bedrooms. If booking for 5 pax, we will setup an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. There are two balconies: in the living room area and in the master's bedroom. Cooking is allowed and we have provided basic kitchen amenities for your convenience. Parking is free on a first come, first served basis. In case our building's parking spaces are full, street parking is also available.
Here on a food trip? We are located very near restaurants -- from fast foods to native to fine dining restaurants! Most are within very short walking distance. Museums, zoo, banks, government office, hospitals, schools, malls, and the business district are jus in the area.
