Property information

The place is a very decent and neat unit within a secure and quiet community. It's also the perfect spot to be close to supermarket, the bus terminal, convenience stores, and some of the city's finest cafes, all without being hassled by the city traffic. With high speed internet connection and free breakfast for two. Please pm me for any question and will reply within minutes. Thank you!

We are inside Bella Vita subdivision. An Ayala subdivision with gate and security guards 24 x 7. It is recommended that you drive your own vehicle for your comfort and convenience. There are a lot free parking space in front of the property.
