It's been 7 years that I am hosting with my other 12 units so I experienced failure and success in doing it. Here in Casa, I will provide all the good things that I encounter in my other unit for the benefit of the guests.

Property information

Casa de Rany is a newly constructed 2-storey building with 8 rooms, It's a fully furnished unit that is able to cook free wifi, Netflix, a Hot shower, and a parking area, We provide Towels, tissues, and soap. The concept is based on a Japanese theme so you will feel that you are in Japan and it has a garden. There is no POWER and WI-FI if there is an OUTAGE

Neighbourhood information

Fortune Homes is quiet place and also well known in Dumaguete Its just 8 to 10 mins away from Sibulan airport ,Neighboors are friendly and Helpful.
