Property information

The place is a combined 8 bedroom home, with 4 bedrooms in each unit that are adjacent. The 2 ground floor units shares a huge screened lanai in the back where you can enjoy sipping coffee while watching the monkeys safely. The houses are nestled in the lush forest of Subic Bay inside a gated community with security 24/7. You can enjoy dinner inside the airconditioned area of the house or al fresco at the screened lanai. The huge lanai is big enough for teambuilding, prenup & intimate weddings.

Neighbourhood information

10-15 mins away from Harbor Point Ayala Mall, Grocery Stores and there's a coffee shop 2kms away in Binictican area. Pool, basketball court and clubhouse is right across the property. A convenience store is right across the house for immediate needs. Taxis are easy to get through a quick phone call.
