Live like Locals and experience the night life surrounding the area with hundreds of restaurants and bars to choose. You will never run out of options where to eat your 5 meals in a day ! Each of our 4 houses is a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with residential features and designed to deliver impeccable comfort and convenience confined within timeless interiors and intricate details. Each house has its own living room complimented with a 49" LED Smart TV, dining table complete with cutleries for 4 persons, Fully Functional Kitchen with basic kitchen utensils for you to cook your own meal. It has 2 Toilet and bath for more convenience and privacy.

Neighbourhood information

Since Adria Residences is situated in the middle of the Tourist Area, there are lots of Police and LGUs on standby and roving the area to give utmost sense of security to everyone. Neighborhood is generally peaceful. The area is surrounded by restaurants and bars of different cuisines such as Koreans, Japanese, Chinese, Filipinos, Greece , Indians etc.. You will never run out of options where to eat your 5 meals in a day ! My place is 2 blocks away from Robinsons Mall Malate - the biggest mall in Manila. 20 Minutes away from Mall of Asia, City of dreams Casino, Solaire Casino, Okada Casino. 8 Minutes away from US Embassy, Intramuros, Manila Hotel, Ocean Park. 5 mins walk to the nearest LRT station. Many taxis are readily available in the vicinity. Just 2 blocks away is the iconic Robinsons Place Mall Malate, boasting of more than 2000 shops & restaurants. Few steps away from our place is Cafe Adriatico to satisfy your caffeine cravings or just simply relax and sip a cup of hot tea.
