We don't live in the house but we live within the city to check, respond, and help. We have caretakers/customer service representative you can contact only when you need them. Otherwise, they will respect your privacy and independence. We can be reached thru phone (We prefer calls/texts for quicker responses), or thru Booking/Airbnb messaging.
