Bahay-Kapehan sa Villa offers a very relaxing and cozy ambiance while you are destressing from work. It is a 60 sqm house where you’ll feel relaxed and recharged after hurdling too much at work. What you are booking with is the entire cozy home, fully-airconditioned! This transient is only 5 mins. away from SM Lipa and Fiesta Adventure Park, 3 mins. away from Solano Hotel and Dali, 10-15 minutes away from St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish, Talisay, and 10-15 minutes away from the market. If you have further queries, feel free to send a message to the host.
I’m a dedicated mom of three and at the same time tutor of my 3 boys all named Erwin, Erwin Ace, Erwin Aon, and Erwin Axi. Erwin and I always love drinking coffee together as this serves as one of our bonding moments, hence we named our home as Bahay-Kapehan sa Villa. We decorated our homey transient with very relaxing vibes in and out. For coffee lovers, we allotted safe spots where you can enjoy it anytime. I am still working as a Head Teacher so please don’t hesitate to send a message for your inquiries and concerns as I am here 24/7.
Villa Sto. Niño Townhomes is only 3 mins. away from the highway. Neighbors are all friendly and respectful. The villa is a very quiet place so you will not be bothered by noise outside especially at night. If you will be celebrating parties at home, you can do so as long as minimal noise can be heard outside.
