Farm/Ranch atmosphere with 1st world amenities. A quiet place with many farm animals around and a river that runs through the property. 10 to 15 minutes to the beach.
I am half Filipino and half German. I currently reside in Las Vegas. My hobbies are shooting and billiards.
A very peaceful and serene area with very friendly locals. On the way to the secluded property you will pass by some quaint provincial towns.
