The perfect property for big families or groups! The house has centralized airconditioning, plus, the lanai & the big backyard is a great party spot or to just hangout and chill!👌🏻 •2mins to the Stadium •10mins to the Airport •10mins to Robinsons Place Roxas •15mins to SM City Roxas •15mins to the Beach.
•Follows rules •Flexible when possible •Organized •Fun-loving! I am not in the Philippines, but I am available to chat anytime. Requests should be made in advance so we can assist you better. I will be providing a printed manual for necessary tips on how to make your stay stress free & fun! The caretaker will be assisting you with your minor needs.
The neighbors are nice, friendly, and professional people. ▪️Tricycle - fare range from 15-100pesos. Don’t forget to haggle. ▪️Car Rental - I have an available rental car.
