Property info

The room with a private bathroom is located on the second floor, which features a total of four bedrooms. A shared living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette are conveniently situated just outside the room. The property also features a balcony overlooking the sea and a terrace with a view of the valley on the street side. Breakfast is available upon request for just P150, ensuring that Guests who choose not to have breakfast will not be charged.

Neighborhood info

The housekeeping and maintenance staff live on the first floor to ensure everything runs smoothly. On very rare occasions, neighbors' guests may be present across or to the right side of the property but otherwise, it's just the caretakers, who prefer to keep to themselves. Fish and vegetable vendors make their rounds in the mornings and afternoons, but aside from that, the property remains quiet and peaceful. A service e-bike is available on the property for trips to the nearby grocery stores, talipapa (small market) and local businesses.
