Conveniently located just 10 minutes driving from downtown Lucena, close to local beach resorts and within day trip distance of surrounding towns, including the capital, Manila.
Monette or another named person who live nearby will be available to welcome you, provide keys for access, show you around the property and explain how everything works. This includes operation of the pool and house water supply. Essential pool maintenance is undertaken by the host.
