This listing is on the 2nd floor (upper unit), 1-bedroom apartment. It has a full bath and a full kitchen complete with utensils (cooking pots, dishes and silverwares) and is equipped with a centralized water heater which means, hot water is also available in the kitchen sink, not just in the shower. It's fully air-conditioned, including the living room. There's a balcony accessible from the bedroom. The location is only a walking distance from Gaisano Grand Mall and is only a kilometer and a half away from Balamban main town. Despite its proximity to the main road, the apartment is fenced, gated and has a common open area that is safe and big enough to move and play in case you have smaller children to tag along. NOTE: The apartment has no washing machine but there are laundromats nearby. There are also few laundry ladies (for a fee) nearby in case the service is needed.
