The neighborhood is really peaceful. You can walk at night without a fear of being robbed or mugged. The condo is next to the Diocese of Paranaque and adjacent to Solano hills. Around the place are several manufacturing companies such as AAI logistics, Zuellig Pharma, HMR Auction, the Grocer etc. From the place you will manage to go on foot to Sucat intersection/footbridge less than 15 minutes. If you're looking for a quiet and tranquil place then you come to the right place. A perfect place for couple to celebrate a special occasion and for friends to unwind.
