A tropical oasis inside a quiet and secure double-gated golf community. The house has plenty of room, a spacious back patio with grill. There is a community swimming pool/picnic area which is rarely in use by anyone plus access to a much larger swimming park at the golf clubhouse. The golf driving range is a 4 minute walk away and the golf course has four full 18 hole courses.
My caretaker Blenda will be available locally to assist with any issues or requests. She knows the area well and has many trusted contacts.
Inside a gated golfing community surrounded by rural farms. Peaceful and quiet, away from the city noise and pollution. The house is thankfully not directly on a jeepney or bus line. However my caretaker can call for a tricycle or van with driver if transportation is required. Also there is plenty of off-street parking for many guests inside the gated village.
