Looking for a truly unforgettable experience on your trip to the Philippines? Trade luxury hotels for something more real, more rooted — and infinitely more rewarding. At El Trinidad Organic Farm, you’ll live on a working farm in the heart of rural Palawan, surrounded by tropical nature, fresh air, and the rhythm of traditional Filipino life.
What makes us unique?
This is not just a place to sleep — it’s a place to grow, to learn, and to reconnect. Build bamboo garden beds with your hands. Collect the eggs from the chicken cages. Brew healing tea from the Mimosa pudica — the shy plant that closes when touched. Mix rich, organic compost from forest materials and see firsthand how vegetables thrive in Palawan’s rich soil.
Then, as the sun sets, harvest your own dinner and cook it side-by-side with our local kitchen experts, learning the traditional ways of Filipino cuisine. Think banana leaves, fresh mango, open fires, and dishes you’ll never forget.
What’s included:
• A private, hand-built bamboo hut all to yourself including a mosquito net and a fan
• 100% exclusive access to the farm during your stay
• Daily hands-on farming and cooking workshops
• Traditional Filipino meals (yes, the ones you help prepare!)
• A “Welcome to El Trinidad” orientation tour about traditional organic farming with our friendly staff
• Ongoing support and guidance throughout your stay
• Priceless skills and memories to take home

Hi, my name is Eliezl, I’m the founder and owner of El Trinidad Organic Farm. I believe in organic farming because it helps me provide natural, authentic, and healthy food for my family and community. I want to share my knowledge about organic farming with many people around the world so they experience what it means to put food on the table, from farm to fork. I especially want to share sustainable farming methods with young people so they can provide for themselves likewise.
El Trinidad Organic Farm is my family-run agricultural project located in the peaceful village of Sibaltan, El Nido. Inherited from my parents, the farm is now managed by myself. I combine traditional Filipino farming techniques with sustainable, chemical-free practices. Spanning 13.5 acres, the farm is a living example of resilience, innovation, and community values. I’m passionate about organic farming, environmental education, and sharing my knowledge with visitors from around the world.
