This is Villa Johanna, a 3 bedroom villa, with 6 beds, advertised rate is for 10 guests already- extra guest is negotiable. Very private yet safe to every guest. A good place to relax and spend time with family or friends. Away from crowded hotels but close to Tourist spots. You can cook your own food- kitchen is modern and fully equipped with pots, pans and utensils. Free wifi. We also have small villa that can accomodate 6 guests. We can negotiate the price for long term rental.
Hi my wife and I currently lives in New Zealand. We have 2 children Lawrence and Achaia. We built this Holiday home back in 2019. This wonderful home was just started as a dream into reality. We loved travelling, So we created this comfortable and affordable accommodation for travellers.
We are in the village with a population of more or less 1000 people. Pretty much we know every person and pretty much most of them are my cousins and friends. We are living in a very close relation to most every household. We lend hand to those who are in need. We share food during festival. This place is really safe. Again neighbours are just my relatives , friends. Also we have an Australian neighbour who lives in the area for 7 odd years and he never had issues with security. Note; Caretaker lives onsite in the other dwelling.
