This is a 2 bedroom condo located next to SM Mall Novalices it comes fully furnished with free wi-fi . parking is available in the public car park outside the facility, there is also private paid parking on the grounds of the facility if available . There is 2 pools on site which are a paid facility to guests at 150 php per guest per day, and also a childrens play area which is free to use . This s a new development and some ammenities are still being built such as the gym , park area , 24-Hour Security ,Alarm System ,Basketball Court CCTV System ,Camp Hill Site ,Gated Community ,Gazebo ,Jogging Trail ,Sunken Gardens ,Volleyball Court and 2 more pools , there is also lots to see and do in and around the local area like the local wet and dry markets and much more . The philippines is a wonderful place full of amazing things to see and do , all you have to do is get out there . All amenitie's have now been opened at Vine Residences and also just to update guests on the use of netflix , the app is provided for your use we do not provide an account with netflix , you must sign in to your own account . All apps provided on the smart tv are available for guest use , signing in with their own account . Please be aware that all guest ID'S need to be provided at least 48 hrs before check in this includes all adult guest and children this is a policey of the property maintenance and needs to be sent to the property along with a guest authorization form by my admin before check in . Any guest without ID will not be checked in .
This is my first time hosting , I have visited the Philippines many times. My wife and son is Philippine and that is what brought me there I am an Irish Citizen but the Philippines has become my second home . All I ask from you as the guest in my home is that you respect it as my home ( mi casa su casa ) and enjoy your stay , relax in the pool or travel around and enjoy everything that the Philippines has to offer , if there is anything you need you can contact me at any time and I will do my best to assist you in having a pleasant stay

Carmel Shrine. Smart Araneta Coliseum. if these grab you attention there are numerous beaches , Tali Beach. Burot Beach. Malabrigo Point. Bamboo Beach. Halfmoon Beach. Nagbalayong Beach. Borawan Beach. Laki Beach. the best way to enjoy the Philippines is get out and explore ,so put on your Indiana Jones hat and enjoy
