La Casa De Gerardo is a 2-bedroom condominium unit that aims to give its guests a fun, exciting, and memorable staycation. It's equipped with an unlimited WIFI, Netflix, Xbox, *pool, and board/card games to make sure your kids or the kid in you will never get bored. Guests can also whip up home-cooked meals in La Casa De Gerardo's kitchenette that's furnished with basic cooking and dining utensils. *Pool use fee is P150 per person (maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated per AM or PM schedule). Pls note that pool use is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, so if your main purpose is to use the pool, pls contact the host before booking a room. We extend a warm welcome to guests seeking both short-term and long-term accommodation options. We are pleased to offer significant discounts for guests intending to stay with us for extended periods. It is important to note, however, that our monthly rates include specific water and electric credits. Our electricity policy permits a maximum billing amount of Php 6,000 per month, while water is capped at P500. Any overages will be billed to the guest accordingly.
