Our one bedroom and studio units at Bonbel Condominiums are our premier condo properties. We have been welcoming guests since 2019. Our guests have very positive reviews of our facilities, cleanliness, location, security and customer service. We also own and manage condo units at MegaTower IV Residential Condominiums at the City Center along Corner Tecson St and Upper General Luna Road. Gab's CozyHome at Bonbel Condo, Botanical Gardens, as its name connotes is just a short walk to the famous and modern Baguio Botanical Garden. Our property offers the balance between urban conveniences of the city and beautiful views of the natural landscape. We offer you well appointed one bedroom and studio units with each unit having two balconies which maximizes the views around the Condo building. Enjoy city and mountain views from either balconies. Your future condo apartment is Korean styled and inspired after Korean telenovelas from it's entrance to its interior decorations. It includes a comfortable seating area and sleeping arrangements. Facilities includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and slippers, a flat-screen TV, and free Wifi. The accommodation offers an elevator and full-day security for guests provided by building management. By staying at Gab’s Cozy home you will also have access to a gym and game room for your leisure. Secured free parking is available within the property premises.
