Company information
Jungle Aerial Arts La Union was born from the concept of what we do in Makati, Metro Manila (NCR). In the Metro, we do different types of aerial arts including but not limited to Pole Fitness, Pole Dancing, Pole Cardio, & Pole Flow. We also do Bars training & Calisthenics. We also facilitate rehab exercises, post stroke, sport injuries; and those with musculoskeletal problems. Aches and pains is what we address. Our forte though, is postural alignment.
The host, Noemi Pitargue, that is me, is also a teacher of P.E. teaching not only The Fundaments of Physical Fitness but also Movement and Calisthenics. I teach about Components of Exercise, the Human Body, Microbes, Diseases, & Natural Therapies. I also teach Yoga, Pilates, & Latin Dancing (Rumba, Chachacha, Bachata, Samba, etc.) I love movement, I love social dancing. I merge in my daily teaching the different concepts of the East and West; the different disciplines form all over the world and how it compares to our own folk medicine. I also do TCM including but not limited to acupressure, and massage cupping which I will bring to Elyu by 2024. I am a physiotherapist and the modalities I use in treating people are craniosacral, deep tissue, nuat thai, trigger point, reflexology, shiatsu, swedish, lymphatic and much more. We will introduce lymphatic cleansing, body wrapping, body scrubbing in Elyu by 2024.
For now, please book and enjoy nature and the 5 elements of Ayurveda (air, space,, water, fire, & earth). But soon, we will offer total healing packages to truly heal your tired body, clear your mind, and enliven our spirit; & feed your soul.
Some of the aerial arts we will offer in Elyu are: Piyosilk (Pinoy Yoga Silk), Piyoro (Pinoy Yoga Rope), Piyoball (Pinoy Yoga Ball), Piyotra (Pinoy Yoga Trapeze), Piyoha (Pinoy Yoga Hammock), Piyoswing (Pinoy Yoga Swing), Piyoline (Pinoy Yoga Trampoline); & in 2024 Piyopo (Pinoy Yoga Pole), Piyoba (Pinoy Yoga Bar), Piyolo (Pinoy Yoga Lollipop), & Piyohoop (Pinoy Yoga Hoop).
Property information
Jungle Aerial Arts La Union is housed in the same compound as Jungle Gym La Union w/in Wellness in Life La Union. For those already into disciplines such as yoga, you will be able to appreciate venturing into aerial arts such as the aerial silk which we call Piyosilk/Pinoy Yoga Silk. For the beginners, they can still use the silk: land-based for safety & as a starting point. Both ways, you are enjoying the elements of Ayurveda in its truest sense especially air, space, earth, & just a stone's throw away is water. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the Jungle Aerials Arts Elyu.
In this place, you may start the day with yoga, and even some weights in the Jungle Gym, or jump for a few minutes in the trampoline to improve lymphatic flow to improve your immune system. Dine in our restaurant which serves food throughout the day. The staff is to respond to every whim & serve your food and drinks in the dining area overlooking the trees and the silk.
You can go back and forth to the shore which is very accessible; and come back to our place when it gets too hot for you under the sun.
In our area, the temperature is so cool due to the shades of the trees, as well.
Lounge & nap in the room of your choice whether it is the Wellness In Life Rejuvenating Kubo which is spacious & overlooking the compound; or in the Wellness In Life Energizing Kubo which is just across the dining area. If you are on a budget, choose the Wellness In Life Refreshing Tent which is quite spacious for a tent for an accommodation of 2 people. If you are a backpacker, choose the smaller tent called Wellness in Life Activating Tent.

Neighbourhood information
Our hole in the wall place is located in an uncrowded area, untapped and undiscovered to tourists. The locals are very friendly and helpful. They are also honest and hardworking, always willing to extend a helping hand. We are secluded and you need to send us a message to pick you up a few steps away from a hidden entrance, literally a hole in the wall. We are actually nearer to the famous places to go to versus the more popular towns of La Union. The very beautiful work of art Nalicpacan church, the historic Balaurte tower that dates back to the war time, and the breathtaking Bahay na Bato museum, are only some of the places to go to in La Union. There are lakes, falls, manmade forest and other sites to sea in La Union. There are also some beaches that varies from each other only a few miles away. The place is simply magical, as if you have your own private island. Even in peak season, it will never be as crowded as the other towns of La Union ..that is.. as of now...that this secret is still hidden from the general public.
