The perfect Urban oasis ✨🍃 Experience hotel-like living in a European inspired private community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our home is a minimalist inspired modern house located in the heart of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. La Prima is inside an exclusive subdivision with security guards on duty 24/7 securing safety of guests and residents. Guests can expect clean and well-maintained spaces that are equipped with all the essentials including air conditioning, high-speed internet, water heater and fully equipped kitchen. 📍Additional mattress will be provided upon request. 📍Rooms will be opened based on the number of guests. 📍Free parking 📍Parking at the clubhouse area is also available for guests with 2 or more cars (first come, first serve) The house can accommodate 8 guests comfortably with a maximum of 10 guests allowed per stay. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the whole house during their stay including the village amenities such as the swimming pool (shared; 200 per pax), basketball court (shared) and park. Other things to note Please note: SMOKING is not allowed inside the house. Please smoke outside or in the garage. To maintain freshness of smell inside the house, only light cooking is allowed and kindly avoid strong or smelly foods. We will need identification (ID) of each guest/s to be forwarded to the village guards and main office prior check-in. Only registered guest/s will be allowed to check-in.
