The Property is a 1,200 sqm Beach front property elevated from the beach. You will be greeted with a panoramic view of the ocean. If you look by the shore, a coral beach with light golden sands. The House situated was a family vacation home converted to a vacation rental for guests to enjoy. It has all the comforts of a home outside of manila. There's air conditioning, water, wifi, a kitchen, water heating, a wide garden area, and spectacular views greeted with the subtle relaxing sound of the ocean.
Mark loves to entertain guests and answer questions from his guests. He is a member of the family who owns the property and is able to share local spots for guests. He is a super host in other platforms and is very easy to communicate with.
The neighborhood is a quaint fisher folk village. It's appearance and culture is rooted in rural charms and nature. People are friendly and generally don't mingle with the locals as much.
