I offer for short or long term rental a Brand New Brand new Studio unit located in the brand new, Iconic AEON Tower. The most notable landmark in Davao City. The central location is on the doorstep of the Abreeza shopping complex and only 20 minutes drive from Davao International Airport. The 17th floor apartment provides an amazing view of the northern aspects of the city.

Aeon Tower is surrounded by residential properties, a vast shopping mall with supermarket, cinema and is located with the main arterial route, JP Laurel Avenue. A vast choice of eateries are on the doorstep and within easy reach. Public and private transport are in abundance. Taxis are plentiful and always at the doorstep.
