Owner is in Canada, a Filipino married to a Belgian. My parents house is in front of us outside the gate but they no longer live there. They retired in Bukidnon and do farming. They may sleep in the 5th room not included in the rental with a separate entrance. They sometimes just come down in the city to sell crops or have some errand to do. Aunt Alice is the caretaker of our house, she live with her husband and 2 kids in the separate building at the back of the house. She will be your host and will help you when you need to anything. When you are there she doesn't go inside the house. She will just gonna be outside to work outside the house like watering the plants and sweeping the grounds. If you need help like washing clothes, you may ask her but with a fee. She will be your hostess in the house if you need anything, please ask her or you can email me. I will reply right away. If I can't it means it's night time here in Canada and I might be sleeping. But as soon as I read your message. I will respond ASAP. Thank you

Nazareth is a maze with streets numbered not synchronizing. It is better to ask local drivers like motorela and trisikad drivers where is Upper 21-20 St. Nazareth. We are near to Nazareth Barangay Hall. When you get to Nazareth Barangay Hall theirs a road going uphill and then a road end. Our property is at the last house on the left. You will see a red gate. The mountain are made up of wooden houses and near to each other. My ancestral house is one of those wooden houses. My relatives are living there too. They are outside the gate of this house. But if you need help, the people there are nice and helpful. I grew up in the community and everyone knows everybody. I guarantee you it's safe and people are friendly. Hospitable and Respectful. I know everyone in the community and they know me as well. We are a BIG Family!!! If you like city traffic a block away from the house this is the place for you but if you want suburban living. You might have to prefer the uptown Cagayan de Oro or the outskirts like Cugman, Opol, Iponan or El Salvadore towns. The house is like you are living a secluded area within the busy buzz of the city. A private vacation house! Good for family !!!
