It's coolness, freshness, convenient, calmness, privacy, and as you stay there, it will be your unique home! Stay like your home that you want to extend more days! Mostly guests who stayed here says If this house can rent for long term, because we are the cheapest price in town, but the newest and always freshness place to stay.
Host is always approachable and can make a deal so easy. Only the key is contact her if you want special thing you need.
Next town is Tanza, 30 minutes by car where you can make your malling and big shopping, SM CITY, Robinson, puregold and all famous food chains is there, and town of Naic is 20 minutes from home if you look for a restaurant and big market. Along the District of Pasinaya you can find many local small stores, selling foods, cooked foods, and wines, cigarettes, etc. local people are very friendly and you can walk in the area safely.
