Property information

This is a value for money 100sqm Loft Townhouse that is surrounded by trees, with the cool breeze of Tagaytay, purposely to give visitors large, comfortable but affordable space to stay while visiting Tagaytay and nearby areas. It is Located 20 minutes from Tagaytay Ranch, 11 minutes from Acienda Outlet Mall and 6 minutes from Balite Falls. The Loft Townhouse has a lot of windows and open areas for fresh air to circulate. No need for an aircon and very cold during the BER months until March. With wifi, 55inches tv and netflix, spacious kitchen, spacious room with queen size bed and tv, spacious loft (upto 6pax) and spacious frontyard, free parking and pet friendly. Note: There is plenty of water stored in big containers, however no running water yet.

Neighbourhood information

This is one of the few furnished townhouse in the community. There are a lot of al fresco (open air) dining and coffee shops in the area such as Villa Breads and Coffee, Ricardo's Coffee + Classic Cuisine, Biker's Haven, Co-Love Cafe, Rodelito's Sizzling Hub among others. The Fresca Farm, located in front of Paseo de Amadeo, provides one-of-a kind Samgyeopsal dining experience where you can pick fresh lettuce in the adjacent farm.
