Neighborhood is basically peaceful and quiet. Roving security personnel round the clock. Gated condominium. CCTV outside perimeter of the house/street view. Parking for guest is an open space located in front of the building. The property is located along Buhay na Tubig. Easy access to everything you need. Market groceries, fast food, restaurants are just walking distance. Laundry is also available to use for free for a week stay.
