Hope Residences is a new condo development by SMDC. Official turn-over of units have commenced just in November 2021. "Your home beside the mall". Literally isang tumbling lang to SM Trece. Mine is a penthouse unit. Located at the topmost floor of the condo bldg (7th flr), with view of the amenities (pool and garden). Unit is IKEA-furnished. Simple, minimalist, functional, instagrammable. Unit is fully-furnished and fully-equipped. Complete basic kitchen amenities. With PLDT Wifi and Landline for local calls. With free Netflix access. Condo amenities: -Swimming Pool (with a fee) -Kiddie Playground -Gazebo -Funtion Hall -24/7 Security
