"PLEASE SEE BELOW PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE BOOKING" -Located in One Manchester Place, Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City -Residential condominium building -1-Bedroom condo unit -44.5 sqm (approximately 392.8 sqft) -Only 10–15 minutes from Cebu’s International & Domestic Airport -We offer free pick-up and delivery laundry service for a minimal fee (CONSTRUCTION NOISE NOTICE) Ongoing Construction: Construction work is in progress adjacent to the building. Noise Schedule: Minimal Noise and disturbances can occur daily from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 10 PM. Noise Rate: Noise rate is 3/10. Earplugs is provided. (SWIMMING POOL INFORMATION) IMPORTANT: Building swimming pool is closed every MONDAY due to maintenance. Pool Access: Complimentary for up to 4 adults. Additional Guests: An entrance fee of 250 PHP per person applies. Operating Hours: The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Important Pool Guidelines: Pool Access: Children is not allowed to use the pool after 6PM. Food and Beverage Policy: Kindly refrain from bringing drinks and food into the pool area. (BEACH ACCESS DETAILS) Beach Guidelines: The beach is just a short 7-8 minute walk from the property. Discounted Beach Access Entrance Fee: -350 Php per person up to 4 pax Extra person Fee: -1,088 Php per person on weekdays and 1,288 Php on weekends and holidays with buffet from 11AM to 2PM -Free access up to two children with age 6 years old and below. -The entrance fee is collected daily each time you access the beach. Operating Hours: Available from 6 AM to 6 PM (last beach pass issued at 5 PM). (PARKING SPACE) Please note that there's no common parking space in the building.
