Relax and Enjoy your stay at our Newly Renovated Rest House. With its extra ordinary design you'll surely love how chill this place is. The house will welcome you with a garden where you can just sit, have a coffee and reflect on things. And when the weather gets too hot (especially in Tuguegarao) you can stay inside (Netflix and chill) with its fully airconditioned sala and rooms. The place is great for families and friends having their vacation or business travel here in the wonderful City of Tuguegarao.
I'm a Pharmacy Owner/ Pharmacist who is currently flying as a Private pilot and currently training for my Commercial Pilot License at the same time. I host guests at our Resthouse as part time but I always make sure that I'm hands own with the business and I always wanted my guests to feel at home and in a good place even if their away from their homes.
The place is just walking distance to 7/11, Cagayan United Doctors Medical Center and the soon to open SM City Tuguegarao 3-5mins travel to SM Downtown 3-5mins travel to Robinsons Tuguegarao 3-5mins away from schools like Cagayan High, CSU, St Paul University and St Louis University Commuting around tuguegarao is not a problem because we have lots of tricycle and kalesa in the city Going to the house: If you are riding a tricycle just tell the driver to drop you at FL Vargas Nursing Bagay Road and just walk inside the street (Zinia St.) infront of Vargas Nursing and you'll see the house. If you have a private car there's no problem because the house has its own private parking garage. Just Waze: (FL Vargas College Caritan Campus) and enter the street (Zinia St.) just infront of it then you'll see the house
