Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of farm animals and fresh air. 3 hectares of land with a river that runs along side of it. Only 15 minutes away from the beach. And 15 minutes away from the main town of Iba.
As an option, I have caretakers who are available to attend to all your needs. Such as cook, dress meat, clean, shop for food at our local wet market, tour guide, laundry, etc. Although a fee of 600 pesos per day will have to be paid to my caretaker. Advance notice recommended please.
Provincial, river, farm with animals, quaint and very friendly neighborhoods along the way. Lots of space for parking
