Please be advised that the island suffers from occasional brown outs . This is typical on the islands in the Philippines . This results in no electricity and usually lasts for 20 minutes to an hour. Wifi and fans have alternate battery power for this but water and AC are not available during this time.
Joe is a rock musician who has toured the world extensively . feel free ro ask him to tell you some of his road stories !!
The property is directly on the sea and is quite large ( 3,000 sq meters ) .
It is a secluded area with little background noise from karaokes and roosters !!
